Our marketing team operates as an in house growth specialist, strategizing and overseeing execution of growth hacks for our B2B startups.
We are looking for an experienced B2B startup growth expert to support Venture Marketing and work directly with the founders to positively inspire them and support them in reaching their growth goals via in-house or outsourced resources. The challenge is to find the right level of support and also be efficient and cost-effective.

Deine Aufgaben
Facilitating, educating our founders in best practices to contribute the content e.g. Buffer / Reddit / Quora / Forums
Creating customized meaningful community contribution execution plans for our founders to be helpful community contributors towards their B2B startup's potential customers on related online platforms, groups, forums, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, etc.
Be adept at using tools to evaluate traffic generated via the community activities towards customer sign ups via different landing pages
Prepare reports to show community activities and strategy to accelerate the growth of customer traffic via community content contribution
We are looking for a B2B community growth specialist with experience setting up communities to help drive customer growth and discovery for the ventures we launch. As part of our team, you are responsible for implementing strategies through various marketing activities and work together with agencies and other freelancers.
We are an experimental, results-driven team. You are not tied to a specific tech stack but have the freedom to achieve your goals however you see fit.
