Bell Ventures is a strategic advisory firm that advises investors, corporations, and startups across the world. Bell Ventures runs a fast-growing e-learning division, centered on its proprietary 100 Tasks System (100tasks.com). The 100 Tasks System’s mission is to democratize entrepreneurship to enable people to build massively valuable companies.
Bell Ventures is run by Martin Bell, a Harvard-MPA/Wharton-MBA who helped build 50 startups and has worked in all functions, from day 1 to IPO. Notably, Martin was the chief architect of Rocket Internet's 100-Day Launch Process, through which he led 20 companies.
Bell Ventures is based in the heart of Berlin.

An innate passion for digital startups. Well-read and knowledgeable in the processes, frameworks, and nuances of the industry, instinctive in its execution.
Strategic and logical mindset, able to think analytically and map out processes with ease.
Talented in the written and visual production of knowledge, able to transfer familiar internal concepts into an easily understood and engaging format.
A strong tendency towards autonomy and initiative. A self-starter with little demand for direction.
Near-Native English proficiency across all written communications, as well as a strong command of spoken English is required. All other languages are seen as a plus.
Experience in the startup (or venture-building) industry a must. Experience in leadership positions of startups a plus
General visual and design skills, articulate writing, or any other creative tendencies are seen as a plus.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
An approachable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
A positive, down-to-earth, authentic, and empathetic spirit.
Able to handle uncertainty and to simplify complexity.
20-25 hours per week as a freelancer or part-time.

Deine Aufgaben
You will be tasked with applying your knowledge/research about entrepreneurship concepts to our 100 Tasks System (our framework for building startups) — in order to constantly refine our IP.
You will dive deeply into the content of our 100 Tasks System, identifying knowledge gaps and proactively filling them by referencing and curating relevant startup content in a comprehensive and engaging manner.
You will undertake research initiatives about startup content (i.e. frameworks, blogs, books, processes) in order to inform your content development strategies.
You will constantly be brainstorming and strategizing different concepts in the venture-building sphere that could prove as relevant extensions in our process.
You will generate meaningful content to expand our product that will engage entrepreneurs worldwide, consequently increasing our brand awareness and sparking word-of-mouth.
You will be creative and ambitious in your campaigns, heading new ventures and coordinating cross-functionally as you see fit, with the end result of having constructed a comprehensive venture building system.
